Language training + coaching

We are committed to helping you achieve international success by providing training for your staff.

Our tried-and-tested methodology is to focus on providing training that is specifically tailored to the needs of our clients and their specific operations and documents. After discussing your needs at an initial meeting, we design our courses so that they meet your specific requirements.  We test your staff individually in order to establish the level of their existing language knowledge and skills.  This makes it easier to identify groups of employees with similar abilities and then tailor the training according to the needs of each group.

We have many years of experience in the following subject areas:

  • Architecture and design
  • Automotive
  • Banking and finance
  • Real estate
  • IT
  • Law
  • Aerospace technology
  • Medical sciences and health
  • Metals and electronics
  • Human resources
  • Tourism
  • Insurance
  • Advertising
  • Distribution and logistics

Our language training and coaching focuses on being totally relevant to your company’s needs. This means your staff will be able to immediately transfer what they have learned into their day-to-day work, as all the training and materials are specifically tailored to your company and your business processes.

This strong link to practical application means that your staff will immediately be more productive in their work.

All our courses, from traditional business language courses covering grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation, to specialist topics such as presentations, negotiating, e-mailing or telephoning in the particular target language are available in the formats below. They are tailored to meet the specific needs of every client and every participant.

One-to-one coaching; one-to-one and group training

Our classic training formats are one-to-one coaching, one-to-one training and group training. These courses normally run for 25 weeks, with each training session comprising 2 teaching units (of 45 minutes) . These courses take place in-house on your premises and can be held during or outside your employees’ working hours. One-to-one coaching is different from one-to-one training in that the trainer holds an additional coaching qualification. The cost of coaching is therefore higher than training. These kinds of courses may cover topics such as:

Blended Learning – Training via telephone, e-mail and online via Skype

Many of our clients travel frequently on business and feel they do not have time to regularly attend a weekly course in-house. This is why we offer blended learning options that meet their needs in a flexible way. Our training is carried out via telephone, e-mail and Skype. This gives participants the convenient option of talking to our trainers from home or from a hotel, and they can work on particular exercises or texts by e-mail.

Workshops

Our workshops last 1-3 days and are held at our clients’ premises or at an external venue or hotel. Workshops are run in an interactive way, and knowledge is primarily acquired and shared  through group work. Participants work together to come up with results. Some examples of our workshops:

  • Workshop: Trade Fairs
  • Workshop: Presentations
  • Workshop: Meetings
  • Workshop: Telephoning

Intensive courses

Our intensive courses provide many hours of training within a relatively short period of time. These courses are normally run in an external venue or hotel on 3-5 working days (Monday to Thursday or Friday), or they can be held in-house on your premises. We also offer weekend courses (Friday-Sunday) and one or two-week intensive courses abroad.
